HubsAI is committed to operating in full compliance with U.S. and international laws, including:

* **Securities Act of 1933 and Exchange Act of 1934** — As confirmed in our independent legal memorandum, $HUBS is not a security under the Howey testHubsAi Analysis Memo V3.
* **OFAC, AML, and KYC** compliance.
* **GDPR/CCPA** data privacy standards.
* **DAO Governance Transparency:** All treasury wallets and smart contracts will be public and audited.

HubsAI Labs, Inc. acts as a **service provider** to the HubsAI ecosystem, and not as an issuer, broker, or investment manager.\
All token activities occur **self-custodially** through decentralized smart contracts under DAO oversight.
